At The Furniture Store, Downtown Cabot, we stand behind our manufacturer’s warranties. Instead of calling a manufacturer to receive service and repairs on furniture purchased in our store, we want to help you get these situations taken care of promptly.

We welcome you to contact us for assistance with warranties and repairs. Please have the following information available when you call:

The name, phone number, and address of the furniture were purchased. Basic description of the problem or defect, looking at the furniture right side facing or left side facing. The model number and serial numbers located under the product.

Some manufacturers might also require pictures of the defective area on the furniture. Stand back from the item with damage or defect & take a picture then circle the issue.

MATTRESS WARRANTIES

To be in guidelines with our state and federal health code laws, all mattresses must be fully clean, free of any stains, and have all the legal federal law tags still attached to the mattress to be repaired or exchanged under a valid warranty.
